Dr. Anupam Tyagi (Born on 15st August, 1982) did his B.A. (2002), M.A. (2006) from Chaudhary Charan Singh University and Ph.D (2013) from the Chaudhary Charan Singh University. Dr. Tyagi qualified National Eligibility Test in the subject of Political Science in the year 2006. He joined Ph.D program in the Department of Political science in I.N (P.G.) College, Meerut affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. He obtained his Ph.D degree in the subject of Political Science under the supervision of Prof. Anupam Sharma & Prof. S.K. Chaturvedi. During his Ph.D. programme he got prestigious Doctoral Fellowship from ICSSR, New Delhi from 2008 to 2010.
He has joined as Contract Lecturer in the Department of Political Science at Dr. Shivanand Nautiyal Government Degree College, Vedikhal, Uttarakhand in the year 2010. Dr. Tyagi Presently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at Dr. Shivanand Nautiyal Government Degree College, Vedikhal, Uttarakhand from January, 2017 to till date. Dr. Tyagi has published more than 05 Research Papers in Journals of International and National of high repute and 2 chapters in edited books. He has attended and contributed his research work in more than 12 conferences/seminars/symposia and also participated in numbers of training workshops at International and National level. He has been instrumental in celebrating/organizing events on the Kargil Diwas, NSS Day, World Environment Day, Constitution Day, and Independence Day in the college every year.
Dr. Tyagi has been assigned many duties such as Nodal of RUSA, coordinator of NAAC, Programme Officer of NSS etc.
The research work of Dr. Tyagi on Political Science is being widely cited by various researchers in their research communications. In the year 2019, 2021, Dr. Tyagi completed one of the most important refresher online course in Delhi University and Human Resource Development Centre, JNU, New Delhi respectively. Dr. Tyagi acted as resource person at various platforms such as Seminar, symposia, workshops etc. He is expert members of various universities of India.
